I bought these lovely flowers at the farmer's market yesterday. They come from Lancaster County - home of cows, and Amish people, and Intercourse, PA (yep, that's really the town's name). It's pretty stormy today, so I thought I'd try to create the opposite effect with the flowers, like they're sitting in the window at sunset. It's not perfect, but I'm not that great at using an off-camera flash yet. Something to work on this year...
