This is City Hall, reflected in some random building downtown. I like city hall here, it's old and pretty. Back in the day, you couldn't build anything taller than William Penn's head. But then, some developer built a building taller than his head, and NO Philly sports team won a single national championship for like 25 years. That is, until a taller building was built, and a mini-Billy Penn was put on top of that building. Then, the Phillies won the World Series! Now, the Flyers are in the Stanley Cup. Maybe it's really the end of the Curse of Billy Penn?
